SheCreates Community is back for another spectacular evening with the aim to gather amazing women, create opportunity, and celebrate each other. This time we will be led by Brooke Rosolino through an interactive workshop where you’ll learn to create your own luck by clarifying your vision, setting goals, and sparking motivation.

Brooke Rosolino is an accomplished organizational design consultant and executive high-performance coach that works with influential brands. She founded N’goodcompany, a firm dedicated to helping organizations and their teams build structures that support high-growth and sustained momentum. Brooke has collaborated with notable brands such as lululemon and Magnolia, leveraging her expertise to foster people-centric environments that prioritize vision, alignment, and execution.
Brooke also hosts the podcast “Work Therapy with N’goodcompany,” where she addresses workplace challenges, burnout, and the importance of emotional health. Her episodes feature practical advice and personal anecdotes aimed at promoting a healthy work-life balance and a supportive work environment.
Brooke currently resides in Waco, Texas, with her husband and two boys. Her work is driven by a belief that with the right support and structure, organizations can significantly increase the probability of seeing their visions come to life.
